Triadin, also known as TRDN, is a human gene associated with the release of Calcium ions from the sarcoplasmic reticulum triggering muscular contraction through calcium-induced calcium release.

May be involved in anchoring calsequestrin to the junctional sarcoplasmic reticulum and allowing its functional coupling with the ryanodine receptor (By similarity).
