Glycosyltransferase-like protein LARGE2 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the GYLTL1B gene.
Function: Glycosyltransferase which participates in glycosylation of alpha-dystroglycan. May carry out the synthesis of glycoprotein and glycosphingolipid sugar chains. Has a higher activity toward alpha-dystroglycan than LARGE.
