Function: Required for multiple Toll-like receptor (TLR) immune responses (By similarity). Regulates maturation in the endoplasmic reticulum, subcellular distribution, cell-surface expression, and responses of multiple TLRs (By similarity). Required for both innate and adaptative immune responses (By similarity). Neccesary for TLR1 and TLR4 maturation in the endoplasmic reticulum and TLR9 traffic to the endosome/lysosome during ligand stimulation (By similarity).
